Our group of 10 had a great weekend at Val and Craig’s place. All the bedrooms and common spaces were exactly as pictured. It is located just a short drive away from the ski slopes on the Canyons side, which made the location very convenient for our group of skiers. Val and Craig were extremely helpful before our stay, during, and while checking out, and were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful fun and very large functional condo. Close to park city, the bus route and very clean. Only downside was the wall to the neighboring rooms were thin and easy to hear others. Cannot speak enough about how cozy, wonderful and large the space is.

Craig was great with communication after an initial snafu with the unit related to the cleaners which was not his fault, he quickly provided us with assistance and was very friendly and easy to talk to, this unit was quiet and the rooms were nice and spacious. Great location by the lifts, and we really appreciated the quick walk back to grab lunch and check on our dogs mid-day. We loved the hot tub after a day on the mountain, and the hosts were very relaxed and communicative with their house rules.

Our family of four stayed here. Our boys are young, so they shared the Murphy bed and we had the king bed. Val and Craig did a fantastic job remodeling their condo. It’s beautiful. Closet space was limited and the view is of the building entrance stairs. But everything else was brand new, spacious and great for us. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great stay here! Val and Craig were very responsive and always replied quickly, which made everything super convenient. The location is excellent, very close to a supermarket and Starbucks, and just a short distance from Main Street. The room has been recently remodeled, so everything felt very clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s also located really close to the lift, which was perfect for getting to the mountain easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic studio steps from the Park City Mountain Resort with Queen bunk beds; living room with memory foam queen sleeper couch, desk, kitchenette, large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub / shower / separate dressing room ,and a balcony.

The condo also has an outdoor heated pool (open year round) + extra large indoor hot tub, gym, and sauna room.

We just wanted a short little getaway and this place was perfect! It had everything we needed to cook! The bathroom was super nice and clean! Everything else was so beautiful! The jacuzzi and gym made it a perfect place to relax! Although we didn’t use the washing machines I really appreciate when those are there! Thank you Val and Craig it was such a nice get away before a busy week!

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at Val and Craig’s place. Although we weren’t able to ski at Park City due to the weather, the location is extremely convenient if that’s the purpose of your trip. The walk to the lift is maybe 5 minutes. The unit itself was as advertised - cozy and well furnished. The bathroom, in particular, seems like it’s been recently renovated and includes a nice washer and dryer. Everyone slept well, including the person who was on the pull out couch. With the couch pulled out to use as a bed, and with all of our ski stuff, the unit was a bit small for my group of three. The kitchenette is well stocked, but does not have a full size oven/stovetop or a full size refrigerator. The walk to the downtown area of Park City is around 20 minutes and there are other restaurants/shops within a 10-15 minute walk. My group would happily return to Craig and Val’s place in the future. Thank you, both!

The place is super cozy and clean. It's not huge, but it's just right for me and my family (we're a family of 3). My kid enjoys playing Pac-Man whenever she gets bored waiting for us to get ready. I really appreciate that there's a small kitchen (especially the microwave and air fryer) so we can skip going out for breakfast. Plus, they have a fridge that's really handy for keeping our drinks cool. The location is super convenient and everything is really close to the apartment. You can either walk or take a free shuttle. Communication with the owner is excellent! They even sent me a link about local events happening in the area. I would definitely book this place again if we decide to return!

The space was clean and made good use of the smaller layout. Communication was disappointing. When I asked about pets, I was told it was fine “as long as they’re not barkers,” which made us feel stressed if a dog were to bark. Once there, we could hear dogs barking and kids screaming next door through an adjoining door covered with styrofoam. The listing mentioned free parking on site, but only one pass provided. I asked for another and we spent hours the first night searching for parking. When I followed up, the response made me feel uncomfortable for asking. Although one was provided two days later, we were told there’d be a $500 fee if it was lost and that we should’ve researched Park City parking better. The dryer wasn’t drying well but was eventually fixed. I felt like a problem and didn’t want to bring anything else up. The shower water also changed quickly from cold  to hot. As an Airbnb owner, I have higher expectations for how guests are hosted and expected the same.

A plumber came today and the water heater was serviced and is operating perfectly now.  Guests get access to 1 parking spot;  unfortunately this is not something we have control of and cannot make exceptions.
