Our group of 10 had a great weekend at Val and Craig’s place. All the bedrooms and common spaces were exactly as pictured. It is located just a short drive away from the ski slopes on the Canyons side, which made the location very convenient for our group of skiers. Val and Craig were extremely helpful before our stay, during, and while checking out, and were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful fun and very large functional condo. Close to park city, the bus route and very clean. Only downside was the wall to the neighboring rooms were thin and easy to hear others. Cannot speak enough about how cozy, wonderful and large the space is.

Craig was great with communication after an initial snafu with the unit related to the cleaners which was not his fault, he quickly provided us with assistance and was very friendly and easy to talk to, this unit was quiet and the rooms were nice and spacious. Great location by the lifts, and we really appreciated the quick walk back to grab lunch and check on our dogs mid-day. We loved the hot tub after a day on the mountain, and the hosts were very relaxed and communicative with their house rules.

Our family of four stayed here. Our boys are young, so they shared the Murphy bed and we had the king bed. Val and Craig did a fantastic job remodeling their condo. It’s beautiful. Closet space was limited and the view is of the building entrance stairs. But everything else was brand new, spacious and great for us. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great stay and it’s walking distance to Park City Mountain and the lifts. The place is just like the pictures and descriptions. Nowhere to really cook anything so don’t bother with groceries. It’s perfect to just sleep and ski, then go out for dinner in the evenings. We had a great stay.

We had a great stay here! Val and Craig were very responsive and always replied quickly, which made everything super convenient. The location is excellent, very close to a supermarket and Starbucks, and just a short distance from Main Street. The room has been recently remodeled, so everything felt very clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s also located really close to the lift, which was perfect for getting to the mountain easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic studio steps from the Park City Mountain Resort with Queen bunk beds; living room with queen sleeper couch, desk, kitchenette, large bathroom with walk in shower, separate dressing room and a balcony.
 
 The condo also has an outdoor heated pool (open year round) + extra large indoor hot tub, gym, and sauna room.
 
 10 mins walk to Main Street (Historic Park City) **Kitchenette includes refrigerator, Ninja oven,  Nespresso coffee/espresso machine, standard coffee machine, dishes and utensils. 

Contactless check in. We live nearby and are available to make your stay more enjoyable. The condo is located right at the base of Park City Mountain resort and +-15 mins walk to Main Street. The condo is directly on the Park City Bus line which which will take you just about anywhere you want to go in the area. Uber/Lyft is readily available.

Location is right next to the local bus stop which made it very easy and convenient to use to get into Main Street although the walk is very easy and close. The property is animal friendly that being said there is animal hair on the blankets, there is a washer and dryer on the unit which we did use to wash the sheets before sleeping which isn’t a huge deal for us but can be a deal breaker for some. The property is a studio so the space is limited but it is enough for 3 couples at most or a family of 5. They have an nespresso machine although you do need to bring your own creamer, there is plates and utensils and an air fryer and microwave and fridge which made all the difference. The tv is smart tv so you can access different apps and providers, the shower is a little confusing, if you use the big shower head it stays warm/cold if you use the smaller head only it will get hot. But the big head will not get hot if in use. The lighting in the main area can flicker if water is in use also

Absolutely can’t wait to come back. Extremely thoughtful design.. having a brand new W/D, espresso/coffee machine - comfortable bed and the gorgeous view.. Epic. The Sauna and Hot Tub were perfect for after day activities, both worked perfectly. There’s a decent private gym as well with one or two pelotons if you need that. Felt like a local staying here for sure. Pool is closed for the winter, I’m not here in Park City for a pool tbh. The complaints about the water pressure that I read have def been fixed as there was no issue. The glass on the patio is double paned so when closed you won’t hear traffic noise at all. By the way, you are STEPS from the most epic ski spot in the country! Free under ground parking.. Ez check in… like seriously all the amenities you get with this place are worth the price. Most resorts will charge 50$ a night for parking alone. You can walk to the lifts then take the Free Shuttle to anywhere in town. Dog park 2 blocks away. Thanks again!

The location was everything!! Walkable to Main Street, the grocery store, and to lots of trails. The apartment was very comfortable although there were a couple quirks from it being an older building (AC was slow to cool down the room, water temps fluctuated a bit, etc but nothing that caused any serious issues or discomfort). I highly recommend for a long weekend stay!

The place was in a great location with great amenities. The pool was ok, but the hot tub and sauna were awesome. The kitchen does not have an oven as listed. It is an air fryer that will get the job done for most things but won’t fit some things. It was nice to see that they had their own washer and dryer in the living space that was free to operate. You will need to request additional towels if you have 6 guests but the hosts were very responsive when asking for them and even helped us out when we locked ourselves out. The only major issue is the shower. It was pretty miserable and we needed to leave a day early because the water goes from extremely hot to extremely cold every 10 seconds and it burned our kids a few times. We ended up just showering in the bathrooms next to the sauna but that wasn’t ideal. The hosts tried to send someone to look at it but it was during a bad time for us. The host stopped responding after that so we just checked out the night before we were scheduled.

Fantastic little one bedroom apartment accommodated our family and dogs nicely! Use of the pool and hot tub was a nice add on! The balcony was great for sitting and relaxing in the morning and evenings (fits 2 nicely). The buses that pass by every 5 minutes were pretty noisy, couldn’t be helped but it is something to note. Park city does a great job with bus service it would seem! Outside of that, this place was great!
