Our group of 10 had a great weekend at Val and Craig’s place. All the bedrooms and common spaces were exactly as pictured. It is located just a short drive away from the ski slopes on the Canyons side, which made the location very convenient for our group of skiers. Val and Craig were extremely helpful before our stay, during, and while checking out, and were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful fun and very large functional condo. Close to park city, the bus route and very clean. Only downside was the wall to the neighboring rooms were thin and easy to hear others. Cannot speak enough about how cozy, wonderful and large the space is.

Craig was great with communication after an initial snafu with the unit related to the cleaners which was not his fault, he quickly provided us with assistance and was very friendly and easy to talk to, this unit was quiet and the rooms were nice and spacious. Great location by the lifts, and we really appreciated the quick walk back to grab lunch and check on our dogs mid-day. We loved the hot tub after a day on the mountain, and the hosts were very relaxed and communicative with their house rules.

Our family of four stayed here. Our boys are young, so they shared the Murphy bed and we had the king bed. Val and Craig did a fantastic job remodeling their condo. It’s beautiful. Closet space was limited and the view is of the building entrance stairs. But everything else was brand new, spacious and great for us. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great stay and it’s walking distance to Park City Mountain and the lifts. The place is just like the pictures and descriptions. Nowhere to really cook anything so don’t bother with groceries. It’s perfect to just sleep and ski, then go out for dinner in the evenings. We had a great stay.

We had a great stay here! Val and Craig were very responsive and always replied quickly, which made everything super convenient. The location is excellent, very close to a supermarket and Starbucks, and just a short distance from Main Street. The room has been recently remodeled, so everything felt very clean, modern, and comfortable. It’s also located really close to the lift, which was perfect for getting to the mountain easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Just renovated!!  Large and open 1 bedroom condo right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort.  Huge kitchen/dining/living area.  Master Bedroom with workstation & en-suite bathroom. Neat place with a great location. Bedroom is very private from living room / kitchen. Well equipped. We checked-in late, which caused a little hassle, but host was very responsive in helping us through the issue.

I asked about early check-in since I had already requested it when booking. The host immediately shut it down and kept pushing that the reservation was free to cancel, repeatedly suggesting we cancel instead of trying to help. It felt rude and unwelcoming. While they eventually allowed early check-in, the initial communication left a bad impression. Once inside, the place smelled strongly and not in a good way. The bed was unacceptable the blanket had hair and dust all over it, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed. I was so uncomfortable that I had to wash the bedding myself, which caused me to go to sleep very late. There was also a yellow stain on the mattress cover under the sheets, which was disturbing to see. The pillows had hair on them too. And it was not clean at all. Oh yea forgot to mention so where the utensils had to wash those before using too

Great location. There is a ski rental shop in the building which was really convenient. It’s a 5 min walk to the first timer chair lift which takes you to the other lifts. Made it easy to just head back to the apartment to have lunch. About a 10-15 minute walk to the start of Main st. There’s a Walmart close by as well. Overall a really nice place and very spacious. We felt very comfortable there and had a great time.

We really enjoyed our trip to Utah! We came from Texas so being able to experience the beautiful fall foliage and the mountains right from the condo was a huge plus. The wood-burning fireplace was so nice on those chilly nights. Parking was super convenient too- it rained pretty heavy while we were there one of the days and having that covered parking was awesome! I missed the initial instructions message, so when we got in later than expected, our hosts responded almost instantly and gave us instructions from there. They were very responsive the whole trip, too. We told them we would be leaving in the middle of the night (first flight back of the day!), checkout was super easy- all we had to do was drop the key cards in the designated box and that was it! Great location, comfy bedding, cozy fireplace, beautiful views, all the conveniences of home! Overall great stay for a mom & dad getaway without the kids! Thank you Val & Craig!

Great stay in a great location. Only one thing to be aware of: 7ft restriction on car heights. We were able to take our roof box off in the parking lot next door and make it work after hauling some luggage over to the building. Other than that, it was a quiet stay with beautiful views, great biking trails, and easy access to downtown.

Perfect size for a couple. close to town. only problem was busses all day starting at 5. We did get use to the noise.

The condo is next to the Park City lifts and a nice golf course. It was comfortable and spacious.  The bed was really comfy with nice linens. The bathrooms nice and the new washer/dryer a great feature. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, could have used some more pots and pans and containers for fridge. Craig was very responsive to requests and inquiries and took care of things reallly fast. The condo is on a sunny corner on the bus line. My only unsolvable issue was the loud noise from the busses which go by constantly until about 11pm and made it difficult to get to sleep.

Val and Craig’s place was just what we needed—spacious enough for a few days of work, dog-friendly, and equipped with essential amenities. The only downside was the WiFi, as there wasn’t a dedicated Wifi for the unit, and the building’s network wasn’t strong enough for remote work so we had to use our hotspot. However, the location was perfect, and parking was a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location and very clean apartment! Val and Craig were very easy to work with. Loved being able to walk to the mountain in minutes and walking distance to downtown PC! Would recommend!
